Our History
The Elevate Recruiting Conference is being put on by Skills Lab Training. Beth Pittman and Christie Martin founded Skills Lab in 2020 building on their 40+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and career advisement. They are both natives of Arkansas and passionate about watching our region and the people who work here grow.
